JGHSP may publish thematic collections that bring together research on a defined public health, family medicine, primary care, health systems, or clinical-practice challenge, emerging method, strategic priority, or interdisciplinary pathway. Collections provide a structured forum for authors and readers to explore a topic in depth.

Propose a collection

Researchers with a clear, timely topic may contact the Editorial Office to propose a thematic collection. Proposals should set out the topic, rationale, intended audience, proposed guest-editor expertise, and a concise call-for-papers outline. All submissions to a collection follow the journal’s standard editorial and peer-review process.
