About the Journal

Journal of Global Business and Management (JGBM) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes rigorous and relevant scholarship on contemporary business, management, entrepreneurship, leadership, finance, digital transformation, and responsible organisational practice.

JGBM connects theory, evidence, policy, and management practice across established and emerging economies. It provides a multidisciplinary platform for researchers, executives, consultants, policymakers, and educators who examine how organisations create value, manage change, respond to uncertainty, govern responsibly, and compete in a connected global economy.

The journal particularly welcomes work that offers actionable insight for organisations and decision-makers, considers cross-border and institutional contexts, and advances inclusive, innovative, resilient, and responsible business practice. Quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, design-science, and interdisciplinary approaches are all within scope.

JGBM considers original research articles, reviews, policy analyses, case studies, short communications, technical reports, and conference reports. Authors are asked to prepare a complete manuscript, a separate title page, and an anonymized file for double-anonymized peer review.
