Author Guidelines

These concise requirements help authors prepare a complete, review-ready manuscript for the Journal of Global Business and Management.

Manuscript format

Submit manuscripts in clear English using Microsoft Word (.docx) as the preferred format; LaTeX files may also be accepted with all source files. Use consistent spelling, page numbering, and continuous line numbering. Tables must remain editable and figures should be supplied in publication-quality formats.

Files required for double-anonymized review

  1. Main manuscript. Include the title, abstract, keywords, body text, declarations, references, tables, and figure captions. Remove author-identifying information from this file.
  2. Separate title page. Provide author names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, corresponding-author contact details, acknowledgements, and any funding information.
  3. Supporting files. Provide figures, tables, supplementary data, ethics approvals, reporting checklists, or a cover letter where relevant to the study.

Core manuscript elements

Research articles should include an informative title, a structured or single-paragraph abstract of up to 300 words, 4–8 keywords, introduction, methods, results, discussion, conclusions, declarations, and references. The declarations should address funding, conflicts of interest, author contributions, data availability, and ethics approval where applicable.

Editorial and ethical expectations

Manuscripts must be original, not under consideration elsewhere, and approved by all listed authors. Research involving people or animals requires the appropriate ethics approval and consent statements. Authors should disclose the use of AI tools in preparing the manuscript and ensure that all submitted content has been checked for accuracy and originality.
